Surfing the net, Land on any website, found something interesting, now you want it any how, but what to do? do not have idea how to download it, or not have any tool to download it. Well these are some of the situation when you want to downloadany file from the webpage.

The files from webpage you want todownload may be flash, web scripts, or media. Whatever it would be this article will provide with some of the technics by which you can download files from the website or webpage. This article doesn't guarantee you that you will be able to download files from any website because Some contents are protected.

Firefox Trick 

If you are using Firefox then it is very simple to download any file to your computer, follow these simple steps and the file will be downloaded to your computer.

Goto the page form which you want to download a file.

Now on that page right click and select the Page info.

Under the Media tab you will get the list of media files Present on that page.

Search for the file and file type by the string of its name and the extension.

Save that file to the desired location..! 

Internet Explorer

If you are Internet explorer user then you need to follow these steps. It is quite simple.

Open the Internet options form the menu.

Click the tab Settings and the view files.

Alternate way is the browser independent. Goto File2hd and paste the URL of the page in the text box. select the file type or leave it to default, agree the terms and hit get files. 

Search for the desired file and right click save file as to  save the file.
